If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3) Eligibility & Responsible Service of Alcohol

  • You must be at least 18 years old (the legal drinking age in Alberta) to purchase or consume alcohol. We may request valid government‑issued photo identification and may refuse service if ID is not provided.
  • We comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or legal reasons (including signs of intoxication).

4) Website Information & Availability

  • We work to keep menu items, pricing, business hours, and availability accurate, but menu items, ingredients, prices, promotions, hours, and availability may change without notice and may vary by date or season.
  • Photos are for illustration only. Actual presentation may differ.
  • The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control.

5) Reservations, Waitlists & Walk‑Ins

  • Reservations (when offered) are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from us.
  • Please arrive on time; we may release your table if you are late.
  • Cancellations / No‑Shows: Please cancel as early as possible. We reserve the right to limit future bookings for repeated no‑shows.

6) Events & Catering

  • Quotes are estimates based on your selections and guest counts; final pricing may vary with actual attendance, menu changes, or special requests.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your date; the deposit amount and due dates will be stated on your quote or confirmation.
  • Cancellations: Unless your event agreement states otherwise, deposits are refundable with at least 7 days’ notice; deposits may be non‑refundable after that window to cover planning and provisioning costs.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required for off‑site events, and for ensuring venue access, utilities, and safety compliance.

7) Online Ordering, Takeout & Payment (if available)

  • Orders are subject to product availability and verification. We may cancel or refund any order in our sole discretion (e.g., out of stock, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and gratuities unless stated otherwise.
  • We may accept major payment cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Pickup or delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees; weather and traffic may affect timing.
  • Please check your order at pickup; if something is missing or incorrect, notify us promptly so we can make it right.

8) Gift Cards, Promotions & Vouchers

  • Gift cards and promotional certificates are redeemable for eligible purchases as stated on the card or offer.
  • Expiry dates, exclusions, and other conditions may apply; see the specific terms printed on the card or promotion.
  • Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced except as required by law. We are not responsible for unauthorized use.

9) Allergies & Dietary Information

  • We take care in food preparation, but cross‑contact may occur in a shared kitchen. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before ordering so we can advise on options.
  • We do not guarantee that any item is free of specific allergens (including gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, shellfish) unless explicitly stated in writing by us for that item.

10) User Conduct

You agree not to:
(a) use the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms;

  • You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for our business purposes (e.g., showcasing customer experiences), subject to applicable laws.
  • You represent that you own or control the rights to the content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or contain unlawful material.
